Include anything you particularly would like, such as the colours, personalised message, size etc. to ensure I make your product to your exact requirements. The more information you can provide will be extremely helpful.
Upon receipt of the enquiry form, I will email you the specifics I have understood to be of the chosen design/product and any additional requests. This will prevent any misunderstandings therefore incorrect details are avoided. The amount quoted will include the price of your chosen item including postage and packaging. I usually use First Class by Royal Mail, if second class is preferred I will adjust the cost accordingly.
When the order is confirmed by yourself I will email an invoice with payment details.
Your chosen item(s) will be created as soon as payment has been received.
Please allow up to 10 working days for large orders to be made. I will email you when your item(s) is ready to be posted.
